COD Policy

At IshTeeCrafters, we value the trust and effort we put into delivering quality custom t-shirts. Unfortunately, we have encountered issues with fake COD orders. To ensure a seamless shopping experience for our genuine customers, we have implemented the following measures:

Order Confirmation:

• We will send a WhatsApp message, SMS, or email to customers placing COD orders for confirmation within 3 days of ordering.
• Orders not confirmed within this period will be automatically cancelled, and a cancellation message will be sent.

Genuine Customer Consideration:

• If your order is mistakenly cancelled due to non-confirmation, please contact us at support@ishteecrafters.com, and we will gladly process your order.

Address Verification:

• We may not fulfill COD orders if the provided address seems incomplete.
